| Instructions |
| Take a reasonable amount of the scrub into your palms and rub onto your knuckles, knees or elbows. Bath or shower as per normal after that. After bathing use cotton to apply the cleanser first and then apply the cream using a different cotton.
Using a cotton will help avoid shedding around the finger nails. |
