| Instructions |
- Take a reasonable amount of the scrub into your palms and rub it onto your whole body (best used with shower gloves). Bath or shower as per normal after that.
- Spray a small amount of the oil onto your skin, then rub it in until it’s absorbed by your skin. Focus on elbows, knees, hands, feet and neck.
- Apply the cream to your skin until fully absorbed. Make sure it is fully absorbed before getting dressed. Focus more on problem areas (knees, elbows, feet and neck). NB!! Keep product away from direct sunlight!
