  1. Stretch mark Removal Soap- apply this soap using downward motion (not circular motion) Let it dry for 5-10 minutes then bath (you can keep it on overnight and wash it off in the morning)
  2. Stretch Mark Removal Cream- apply this cream after bathing in the morning before putting lotion on your body as per usual
  3. Stretch Mark Removal Oil- use this oil in the evening if you wash the soap off before you sleep
